Complaints procedure

Not satisfied about something? This page explains how to raise a complaint and how it is handled.

The Dutch text prevails. This English version is provided for convenience. Where it differs from the Dutch original, the Dutch text is binding. You can read it at koremanadvocatuur.nl/kantoorklachtenregeling/.

If you are not satisfied

Our firm attaches great importance to client satisfaction and will do everything it can to serve you as well as possible. Even so, you may at some point be dissatisfied with an aspect of our services. This page sets out what you can do.

Where to take your complaint

If you are dissatisfied about the formation or performance of an engagement, about the quality of our services, or about the amount of an invoice, you can turn to Ms W.C.G.M. (Wilma) van Hoof in Tilburg, at vanhoof@jlinssen.nl. She acts as the external complaints officer of our firm.

How a complaint is handled

Our firm handles complaints according to a set procedure, which is described in our office complaints procedure. We will try, in consultation with you, to find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible, and we will always confirm that solution to you in writing.

We aim to give you our written response within four weeks. If we need longer, we will inform you of that and tell you when you can expect a response.

If that does not resolve matters

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court. Our general terms and conditions set out which court that is.
